Ann’s goal is to assist her clients with the execution of business projects on task, on time, and on budget. When you need someone to pin-point the essential information and transform it into concise documentation, Ann will handle it efficiently.
Ann’s telecommunications consulting expertise incorporates a broad range of pertinent regulatory research topics, including state and federal regulatory surcharges, state-level 911 fees, market entry and certification, and regulatory compliance. Most recently, Ann has dedicated her proven research skills and her commitment to achieving objectives to piloting multiple NG911 conversion projects. As Project Manager, her tasks include overseeing all facets of NG911 migrations ranging from CPE deployments to LEC communications.
During her 24-year tenure at Inteserra, Ann has researched, created, and implemented a large inventory of reports, guides and applications for Inteserra clients. From payphone to VoIP requirements, Ann has been immersed in the evolving field of communications. She applies this knowledge to answering client inquiries that stem from new regulatory developments or emerging technology.
Ann has been instrumental in developing and creating many of Inteserra’s Information Resources. Ann conducted in-depth research of key topics such as wireless registration obligations, credit and billing requirements, telecommunication fee applicability to VoIP providers, local 911 fee amounts, carrier lifeline obligations, and detailed telecommunication fee amounts and requirements. Client-specific research projects include outstanding assessment obligations including liability, nationwide OSP rate caps and regulations, nationwide cramming and slamming regulations, and nationwide telecommunication fees.
In her free time, Ann enjoys watching her daughter play competitive volleyball, genealogy research, and the occasional Korean drama.
