Mr. Gale's areas of expertise include: network access planning, design, development, and implementation; capital and operational budgeting, cost control reviews, and feasibility studies; network invoice auditing, analysis and cost management; carrier interconnection and master service agreement negotiation; telecom numbering and code management; research and analysis of emerging network technology for advanced network deployments for DWDM, Carrier Ethernet, SONET, IP-based voice and data solutions, and DSL and other data-over-copper solutions.
As a TMI Consultant, Don provides clients with unique skills in project planning, implementation, and management. He brings extensive industry experience and tremendous abilities to resolve operational, logistical, and technically complex challenges for a variety of telecommunications companies including providers of VoIP services, CLECs, ILECs, and providers of wholesale services.
Prior to establishing his expertise in telecom, Don held a variety of positions with Commonwealth Energy Systems where he managed regulatory filings with Massachusetts and Federal regulatory agencies, prepared filings for interstate pipeline deregulation, gas supply restructuring, and long-range supply forecasts.
Don earned a Master of Science in Telecommunications at the University of Colorado, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
