Welcome Deborah Gainor
Ms. Gainor brings a wealth of expertise in network optimization and implementation, vendor contract negotiations, acquisition network migration, and operational process management to TMI’s talented consulting team.

Before joining Technologies Management, Inc., Ms. Gainor served as Area Operations Manager for CenturyLink. While at CenturyLink, she distinguished herself in the management of sales/installation repairs and customer and community relations, and as Director of Long Distance Operations.
Welcome Sharon Warren
Ms. Warren’s areas of expertise include telecom audits in transport billing and revenue recovery, as well as network cost analysis. Combined with her telecom business and regulatory knowledge, the addition of Sharon Warren represents a continued focus on expanding the breadth of skills and expertise that our team of consultants brings to the competitive telecom industry.

Prior to joining Technologies Management, Inc., Ms. Warren provided expert guidance as Project Manager and Consultant for S2K Consulting Inc. In her role as Director of Network Cost at Cleartel Communications, Sharon was responsible for the Network Cost team with telecom expenses in excess of $6M per month. In addition, she maintained vendor relationships in all areas of contract maintenance and billing discrepancies. Her proven track record in cost cutting, streamlining operations, and increasing profitability of any organization she works with, promises to be a great fit for our team and for our clients.
