Colorado

Qwest filed an Advice Letter to implement a new structure for the products and services, rates, and terms and conditions found in its Exchange and Network Services Tariff COLO.P.U.C. NO.23 and that it said are consistent with the passage of HB14-1331 and with the requirements of Public Utilities Law. TMI Regulatory Bulletin Service subscribers see Bulletin dated 6/9/14. In addition, Qwest filed a replacement tariff, Exchange and Network Services Tariff COLO.P.U.C.NO 25, which retains products and service descriptions, rates, and terms and conditions for Emergency Reporting Service and Telecommunications Relay Service only and eliminates all other products and services, rates, and terms and conditions previously existing in COLO.P.U.C. NO.23. Qwest said that it anticipates that all other products and services, rates, and terms and conditions will be available in its Catalog or Local Terms of Service. The Commission has determined that good cause exists to suspend the effective date of the tariff pages filed by Qwest and set the matter for hearing.
