The window to submit applications opens October 25, 2021. The Office will hold a Pre-Application Conference to discuss a high-level view of the program, including the requirements prescribed by this NOFA. Participants will be given an opportunity to ask questions at this time. Participants must register in advance at the link provided here in order to attend.
