FCC Proposes Record Fine Over Lifeline Program Abuse

The FCC issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture in the amount of $51,070,322.00 to Total Call Mobile (TCM) for apparently enrolling tens of thousands of duplicate and ineligible consumers into the Lifeline program.
