During Debbie’s 35-year telecommunications career, her significant accomplishments stem from being driven by results and reducing expense. She achieves this by assessing the people and processes, selecting and deploying software applications, vendor procurement, contract negotiations and project management. Debbie receives her greatest satisfaction from making a difference - which fuels her determination and vigor.
Prior to joining Inteserra, Debbie held several responsible corporate positions at CenturyLink. At their Corporate Headquarters, Debbie served as Director of Long-Distance Operations where she oversaw the integration of systems, processes, people, and network of three acquired companies. She was also responsible for executing the migration of the TDM network infrastructure to IP. Debbie last served as the Area Operations Manager, leading union technicians, contractors, and administrative staff. She exhibited strong organizational abilities and applied effective management skills through all aspects of CenturyLink’s local operations, sales, customer, and community relations. When Debbie isn’t making a difference for those with whom she works, she enjoys spending time with her grown children and their families. During her off hours, Debbie balances time spent with her children by traveling between Florida and North Carolina. She finds the greatest joy in being with her grandchildren.
